Belgium, Spain and Greece amongst others welcoming Europas
ECAC publish a list of the prerequirements for homebuilt aircraft entering their airspace
The ECAC table was challenged by the Europa Club as being misleading and ECAC responded as follows:
Thank you for having alerted us on this misleading information. Actually we have now clearly inserted the date of the survey (2012) into the table, which avoids any misinterpretation. For clarity, the table was meant to be a snapshot of the status of implementation at one point in time (one year after the endorsement of the recommendation), and is not subject to update at all time........
.........we are getting in touch with Spain and Belgium for getting precise information on their effective implementation, with a view to updating the two corresponding lines of the table ( although not the overall table) .
Founded in 1955 as an intergovernmental organisation, the European Civil Aviation Conference seeks to harmonise civil aviation policies and practices amongst its Member States and, at the same time, promote understanding on policy matters between its Member States and other parts of the world.
