If you are travelling in eastern Europe the instances of GPS jamming and spoofing are concerning. You would be well advised to carry paper maps in addition to your GPS. Plus if you have a VOR device as a back-up even better (Some handheld radios have VOR capability built in. )

3. Maps are a good backup if your GPS is jammed.

Red and yellow hexes show where a significant number of aircraft reported low navigation accuracy. This often seems to be in regions where it's known or suspected that GPS jamming is occurring, but the data doesn't tell me what's causing the low accuracy.
